2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)

2 cups cold milk (you can use dairy or plant-based milk)

2-3 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

Cooking Instruction
1. Prepare the Mangoes:
Wash, peel, and dice the ripe mangoes. Make sure to remove the seed.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, cold milk, sugar or honey, and vanilla extract (if using).
If you prefer a thicker shake, you can also add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
2.Blend Until Smooth:
Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no chunks of mango left.
3. Taste and Adjust:
Taste the mango milkshake and adjust the sweetness level according to your preference by adding more sugar or honey if needed.
